THE MAN & THE MUSIC

Rising star hip-hop artist, songwriter, and producer Crown Vega spent his early years in South

Memphis, raised by his grandmother near the iconic "Beale Street" where he was introduced to music and displayed a likeness for it a very young age. Moving to "Smoky City," in North Memphis, Crown discovered his ability to song write sparked by hits from his favorite hometown heroes 8-Ball & MJG, Three 6 Mafia, and Skinny Pimp. With a natural gift for creativity and a deep love for the genre, Crown immersed himself in rapping, on-the-spot freestyling, and crafting lyrics to escape the negativity and violence surrounding him.
